Lenox Hill Radiology | Ozone Park

I arrived at the scheduled time and was serviced quickly. Although the waiting room was full. I was surprised i was seen on the scheduled time. Ive been to other offices and I had to wait for at least an hour. Was treated very nice and the staff made me feel like i was with friends. I would use and recommend them highly.

They like to play with their customer. Whenever I confirmed an appointment with them they'll call you right before the day and will tell you to be rescheduled because of this and that. I confirmed two appointment at 2:45 and 3:45 for my parents about two weeks ago. Right before the day they called me and said your 3:45 appointment has been canceled I asked why and got replied "because you didn't upload the necessary documents within 72 hours period. I told them "I did confirmed and I did upload the documents through the phone at a same time. How possibly that one of my appointments got canceled for not being uploaded those things. If you wanna reschedule one of my appointment then rescheduled both. If not then let me do it as it was. I showed up on the day and had argument because they were telling same thing as like she told me before. Finally they rescheduled my appointment at 04:30 instead of 03:45 But actually they did test for my parents on time eventually 15 minutes prior But my question is why management played all those drama. I spoke to some other people and they also have same experience AFTER ALL THE STAFF ARE REALLY GOOD AND FRIENDLY In a nutshell, the management always trynna make a hype to giving people hard time to telling them cancelled appointments even though once it's confirmed due to unseen reason Additionally I'm no gonna wonder if they said your test results are cancelled too or did not came to the facility for test.

Chanel at the Ozone Park Location who works at the front desk was Awesome, Knowledgeable, Diligent, with GREAT Customer Service Skills. She is definitely an Asset to the company. I came in Early and left it Early! The location is clean, and accessible. I love it! The technicians there are Super Friendly, Very Respectful, Accommodating, and Courteous. There is plenty if parking space available and food in this Mini Mall. My experience was a 5 star one for me!

The staff were nice but they took forever to call us and when they finally did, we had to step out again and wait another 15-20 mins but overall it was good. The staff are super nice and communicated well.

By far the most pleasant experience at Lenox Hill ever. The staff here is excellent they keep you updated frequently very pleasant and in detailed about the procedure. The staff here deserve a bonus . Quick and efficient and with a smile 10/10 highly recommend!!
