I had my first appointment at his office today. They were very nice. Kristen (Kirsten) was my nurse and was sooooo nice and caring. They take everything you say serious and really listen to their patients. Dr. Bass explained things in terminology that a non doctor can easily understand. He is also willing to do his own tests to be confident in his own diagnosis! Very pleased! And there was basically NO wait to get into the room and the doctor was in the room in under 5 mins after the nurse left! Amazing experience! I have peace of mind that we will find the issue and the solution! Thank you Dr. Bass and his wonderful staff!

Dr Ayers failed to read my MRI and lacks any bedside manner(literally walked in and never introduced himself), his staff fit me twice with a brace that never would stay. Fast forward a month later, find out I have a meniscus tear that is not healing. Coming from the healthcare field, please stay far away from this Doctor and this place!!
