A joke of a place. I made my 1st appt there and was approximately 8 minutes late because of construction right up the block that was holding back traffic (I left my home with enough time, and not to mention the other 3 construction sites/work taking place) and was advised that the doctor is 8 minutes later too busy to allow my appointment to take place, although there was clearly no one in the office. I did share that they could see the construction truck right outside their doors. Advised that physicals take up to 40 minutes and he was now waiting on another patient to arrive. I don't know what physical takes 40 minutes, but I will leave that up to the professionals. Then advised, "we will make you another appointment." Which I happily denied, I'll take myself and insurance else where. Since, business is booming, no thank you. I take the blame for the 8 minutes, and move along.

Horrible appointment setting, they make mistakes and then expect the patient to wait months for a new appointment. Decent doctor, but admin has gone downhill and are nasty with patients. My wife was talked down to and they are defensive and blame others in the same office as well. They've lost us as patients, and Kim at the front desk needs to go before their ratings tank more than they have.

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manners. Phone calls to the office are answered quickly and there's hardly any wait time at appointments.
