The office staff, Dr Wei and Physicians are compassionate and amazing

NO STARS. I am incredulous at the lack of attention to detail at this office. I was scheduled for an initial visit and physical at 9 am. I had been receiving confirmation texts for easily a week prior to my appointment. I arrived at the office and was exiting my car when I got a call telling me the physician had retired. Unreal. It took me MONTHS to get that appointment and I am quite certain the doctor did not decide to retire overnight. I would not recommend this NYP office for internal medicine. So disappointing given my other NYP doctors.
