Very efficient. Dr Oliveros patiently went over my lab results, discussed their meaning and any follow up required. We also discussed current medical concerns- she listened attentively and offered options. Good visit. Did not feel rushed.
About Dr. Alexis N. Oliveros, MD
Dr. Oliveros is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She prides herself in being an advocate for her Patient's health and ensuring proper communication in regards to their care. After Dr. Oliveros graduated from SUNY Binghamton, she attended the American University School of Medicine in St. Marteen, followed by completing her Internal Medicine Residency at West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Oliveros relocated to the Hudson Valley area, working in a Hospital setting initially. She has since transitioned to a Primary Care position with The Westchester Medical Practice, to help focus more on preventing scenarios that require inpatient hospitalization. Every doctor from Columbia doctors is stellar, but Dr. Oliveros is truly special. It was like sitting with an old friend, a friend that you trust, no matter what just loved her!

When we arrived for the appointment, neither Chloe or Vanessa, acknowledged us standing there. My aide said excuse me, and Chloe looked up and said, she's already signed in. When I was leaving the office, Chloe and Vanessa, were sitting there talking again. My aide was struggling to get me, with my motorized wheelchair, out the door and neither of them offered to help. This is not the experience I'd expect from NYP! Please have the office manager train these staff members to do better.
