HORRIBLE people skills at the front desk. Very short on the phone and in person. Lazy front desk employees don't want to do their job. Lady next to me in the waiting room who was elderly said they had an attitude with her as well. You need empathetic and knowledgeable people to represent your establishment

I just had a visit with Dr. Avino and my experience was amazing. I was leaving for vacation in a few days and had some issues. They were able to get me that day. The entire team went above and beyond. His team was extremely friendly and prompt. Within minutes Dr. Avino came in to discuss the results. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. I made an apt to be seen months in advance. The day of my appointment I showed up early to fill out any paperwork and waited to be seen. I was informed that other patients had been waiting OVER 3 HOURS for their SCHEDULED appointments. I approached the receptionist to ask about the wait time where I was told she couldn't give me one and there are people ahead of me and if I don't like that I was more then welcome to leave. I asked if she could at least tell me if it was really 3 hours to which she responded we are busy he just got back from vacation. I asked to speak to the manager who STOMPED over and stated "I'm gonna say the same thing so you can leave if you won't wait" I asked if it was normal for a scheduled patient to wait HOURS for an appointment to which she replied "hunny we are a cardiologist we are not treating scrapes and scratches here" all while the receptionist is laughing. Mind you I just had heart surgery months prior and am waiting for a second not that it matters anyone should be treated with respect regardless of their medical status. She then continues to say if you want to continue to tell me how to do my job the door is there. I asked if there was a better time to come in where I could be seen ON TIME or in a timely fashion and she said 8am so I made another appointment for a few months out. After that appointment I received a letter stating they would no longer take me as a patient due to failure to maintain and satisfactory physician patient relationship. Horrible management with zero respect or basic human decency running the office.

I was there on May 6,2025. I was in the waiting room for about 5 minutes before going in the back for check up. The aid did all of her stuff then I waited for 20 minutes before Avino came in. Dr, Avino is very pleasant and explains everything so you can understand it. Not using all these technical words. Thanks David Avino.

Every appointment, Dr. Avino is late 1.5 to 2 hours. After years with him, I'm done. He's never on-time, not once. His staff is pleasant, but I can't spend two hours waiting to talk to the Doctor for 13 minutes. Never again.
