The worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with. I had a simple question about the cost of the procedure and was told by the woman "we can charge whatever we want, let insurance worry about it". I politely explained I have a deductible and she gave a further attitude. She picked up the phone with a chip on her shoulder and it got progressively worse. I gave up and called insurance and they put me on hold and called them themselves to find out. When they got back on the phone the woman stated she had never spoken to someone so rude before. The price for the 15 minute unintrusive test was $3000. Places like this are why people don't get their health checked regularly. Edit: They're claiming it didn't occur. It did, my wife called, I was there and heard it all, and I can provide proof of the call. It occurred yesterday afternoon. Even their response shows terrible customer service.
