While I appreciate that my results were "fine", there were certain things in my results that are cause for concern to any person that doesn't need to be a doctor to understand. And my symptoms are real & concerning, especially due to my relevant family history. I felt dismissed, and frustrated. I know the simplest thing to say is "go to the emergency room" but I was at the hospital already. It Sometimes felt as if I was exaggerating. Shortness of breath isn't normal, neither is chest pain. And I don't know who would make up being told they have an enlarged heart, which is not always visible. After waiting for over an hour, it would've been great to have been have further testing done the same day as opposed to the next day because it was too late. The nurses were attentive and kind. Dr. Palazzo was somewhat short, & i was overwhelmed.

Dr. Palazzo is the best. I trust her with my entire life. Dr. Palazzo is kind, shows empathy and listens to my concerns and will order test to address my concerns. She takes her time and explains things clear and concise. I'm very comfortable asking questions. The staff is friendly. No long waits which I definitely appreciate. Being an open heart surgery patient I feel confident and well informed about taking my blood thinners. I highly recommend Dr Palazzo to everyone who needs to see a cardiologist.
