I cannot say enough about Dr. Scott Mandel. From the moment he walked into the room, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. He is the kind of cardiologist every patient hopes to find, brilliant, compassionate, patient, and truly dedicated to his work. Dr. Mandel took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, never rushed me, and made me feel completely comfortable. He listened to every concern, addressed every question, and treated me with such respect and kindness. His approach was calm, reassuring, and confident, and he made a stressful situation feel manageable and hopeful. What stood out most is that he didn't just talk at me...he talked with me. He explained blood pressure, cholesterol, upcoming tests, and even my surgery plans in detail, making sure I understood the "why" behind everything. He gave clear guidance, honest feedback, and real solutions. It felt like I was talking to someone who genuinely cared about my well-being, not just reading numbers on a chart. I have never left a doctor's office feeling more supported, empowered, or understood. He turned what could have been an overwhelming appointment into a positive, almost therapeutic experience. It is rare to find a doctor with such expertise and such a big heart. I trust him fully with my care. If you're looking for a cardiologist who listens, explains, cares, and truly goes above and beyond ...Dr. Mandel is the one. He is exceptional.

My doctor's visit with Dr. Mandel was amazing. I left the office with a heart monitor so that the Dr can observe my heart over a 2 week period. I mailed the monitor in after the 2 weeks. I never heard from the doctors office again. Finally I decided to call to find out what's the results and the receptionist Savannah was very rude, nasty and dismissive of my concerns. I'm in the process of filing a complaint about this inappropriate behavior. Due to her actions, I will never return to this doctor.

Dr. Mandel is the best! Not only because of his expertise, but because of his sensibility and humanity. He followed through with my concerns and lead a series of tests and referrals that detected early on a serious health matter. I couldn't be more lucky to have Dr. Mandel in charge of my health and well being.

Dr. Mandel is one of the best medical professionals at Optum/ Pro Health. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and cares for his patients.

Our experience with this doctor's office was an ABSOLUTE FAIL. My husband made an appointment which was cancelled. On his way to the rescheduled appointment that this office gave him, they cancelled again. How do you do this to cardiology patients with heart conditions? We were recommended by very close family friends, one of whom is a highly respected physician as well.
