Optum Orthopedics and Sports Medicine - Lake Success

I've been going here for years, started when they were PH. I feel safe and confident in the security the doctors provide. To date I personally haven't had any issues with my care. The front desk reception can be less than a reception at times, but it's not horrible. I have this facility on speed dial. For treatment I give this place FIVE stars, the reception desk four. Give them a try if you're considering it.

This was my first time visiting this practice. From arrival to leaving friendly reception area upon arrival and checking in. Seamus and Dr Ackerman provided excellent care explaining my condition and all the options for treatment. Very professional experience I will be returning next month for treatment.

Dr Loloi performed my full knee replacement surgery. I put it off for so long. Then I finally found a trustworthy doctor. It hurt like hell but now I am doing so much better as Dr Loloi promised. Glad I went forward with my TKR surgery in the right hands.

I had a very good visit. I don't like they try to force you to sign-up for the MyChart, by telling you it's mandatory. Management needs to do a better job at training the front desk staff.

Dr. Anderson, Danielle and Shelly were wonderful and provided me with excellent service! They were friendly and kind! They heard all of my concerns and provided me with solutions! I highly recommend Dr. Anderson, he is an absolute wonderful doctor! He is professional and truly cares for his patients!
