Dr. Bonaros is the absolute best! The service is excellent and I get seen right away at my appointment time. He is thorough and is just such a personable doctor ... highly recommend!

While I have thought highly of Dr. Bonaros nothing positive can be said about office staff (not including Karen or RN Katie. The team should focus on patient experience. Many need personality makeovers. Billing is never current. I was told once "look it took 3 seconds to update your bill" I told the office mgr. no it took 3 months and 3 seconds. There is never a "good morning" almost like an inconvenience that your there. They need some PA's to get back to patients with results. Since the billing dept isn't current send that out, and hire PAs. The practice is big I was told once 5,000 patients. Well now there is 4, 999. I am picking up my records on Monday. I will indeed miss Dr. Bonaros, but I personally can no longer tolerate the staff. Even when I asked to sign the medical records release I was told "you will be called when they are ready". When I called back I got Toni (nice on the phone she was) I said "I have spoken with AHA giving a week is good. I gave 7 business days and am picking up this Monday. Sorry Dr. B but after serious thought, I am moving forward. Be well

Dr. Bonaros is outstanding! He always takes the time to make sure our care is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure we are all well cared for ! Thanks for being awesome !

Why did I rate him as high as a 5 star, Staff was Great, except, the Eco Tech, was all business, "pull your mask up over your nose" first thing he said! Not even a please! no hello! couldn't wait for his day to be over. Dr. B, Bedside manner excellent, Listen to my Questions and then answer them all. He's at the top of my list for the ability to really care for his patience. Highly recommend Him and mostly all of the staff. It was not at all a long wait in the waiting area...
