I've been a Patient of Dr Deepu Alexander since 2017 when I was living in E. Patchogue, NY. When I moved to Bethpage NY I continued seeing him. He's knowledgeable, caring & very professional! I like coming to this place. I came two times in one week and I had a pleasant experience. The staff is really friendly and efficient. The wait time is short. Dr. Patel was kind, compassionate, good bedside manners, and listened to my concerns thoroughly. He took his time, and I felt like I was in good hands. This facility is also really impressive and large. It's very clean and appealing. The weight room is super large with plenty-full cushioned seating a nice artwork. When you enter call me on my favorite part is the quote that says, "YOU are at the heart of everything we do.." I hardly see any doctors offices that have such a warm, welcoming sentiment.

I was seen as a first patient by Dr. Patel and I was impressed by his warm, pleasant and professional manner. I needed prescriptions renewed and by the time I got home the pharmacy was already working on them. The office is very spacious, clean and welcoming.

I liked Dr Deepu Alexander's behavior towards his patient. He is pleasant , approachable, warm and gentle. Professional and at the same time gentle.

Firstly I would like to say from entering the door I feel the warm welcome and the front desk receptionist was very welcoming in Assisting me in all my need very friendly and professional staff , My Doctor Patel was very polite and attended to all my questions and he explained all my medical issues and answers I feel very safe and Comfortable with him , I will recommend him to anyone especially my family.
