Very impressed with the level of caring and information that I was given during my first visit with the very knowledgeable and helpful Dr. Jennifer Rivas and her team. I felt heard. The doctor ordered many different test and she took the time to explain to me what they were needed for. -- When she received some of the test results she booked a teleconference to explain them to me. She also referred me to another specialist, giving me his name, address and phone number, so I didn't have to spend time searching for them myself. I really appreciate details like that.

First I'd like to say that I searched for a dr that I could feel comfortable with. My original dr left the practice that I was in and things started to change. I went to one of their referrals but whenever I had to get blood or a test I had to go else where. Plus I didn't feel the connection with the dr. I feel that is extremely important! Anyway, I went to Middletown Medical when I broke my wrist at work Dr A is amazing so I decided to try MM when I got sick. Everything was done right there in the office. How wonderful is that when you're not feeling well. So I got myself establish with Dr Hanson(excellent dr) and then to their cardiologist and gastroenterologist and soon to visit their nerve dr. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with MM. the only downfall is the wait. Sometimes you can wait Half an hour to 45 mins to get in but I must say that the drs don't just hope you off they actually listen. So with that being said I'd rather wait and have a dr that cares about my well being than have one that pushes me through and I feel like I'm just number. Middletown Medical is one of the best medical facilities around! I love all the drs.!

I've had excellent experiences with Middletown Medical Center Employees and Staff there. Their medical team are great professionals who give their best care to us as patients. I highly recommend this group to anyone looking for exceptional care with gastrointestinal or rheumatology concerns. Dr. Patel and Dr Lainjo are the best in their fields. Medical staff Jennifer Rivas and all staff are excellent professionals who also provided me with quality and excellent patient care.

I had an appointment in 2 hrs. and the snow turned into a blizzard. Knowing it was a one hour drive, I called and you agreed to a tele-med. It worked perfectly! Excellent talk with Dr.Rivas!

The telemed went very smoothly. Dr. Seecharran had all my test results at the ready and he went through them point by point very efficiently . It was an informative and excellent interaction.
