Do not be fooled by their words. This place is a scam. Found the doctor through zocdoc. Both zocdoc and the office claimed that I'm in network (Anthem BCBS). I'm aware of copay and I always pay it. Then i'm told that I need to pay 150 deposit towards my deductible? Usually you get billed from insurance for outstanding bills anyways. So i'm not sure why they're even asking for it prior to an annual physical examination. So I pay the copay plus the 150 deposit(??) which they slapped tax on top of it. Never in my life did I get charge this much for an annual visit. And mind you, I've always had normal bloodwork. Furthermore, I schedule a return visit to see my bloodwork results. In the past, I either visit office (previous PCP) or see results online, depending on my time. This time, they're asking for copay again just to see results. Not only did they charge a different copay, it was higher than my previous charge. It tells you the copay on my insurance card. I then ask to get a printout of test results or have it sent online. They said no can do because it is not allowed! What in the world?!!!?!?! After the confrontation, the doctor saw me and gave me a paper copy of my results (which were normal). Typically, this is how it pans out without having to pay copay again. Anyways I'll be in contact with my insurance and have them investigate this matter. This is absurd! I better be getting my 150 deposit back. One thing to pay for services and another to get scammed.

Fantastic experience!! Visited this office for the first time Hydrafacial. Dr.V and his staff were so friendly and extremely welcoming. The whole experience was absolutely amazing. Ms. Swathi gave me a lot of great skin care options. Love it here, highly recommend!!
