My husband has several medical issues; one complicating the other. Dr. Malhotra is excellent with every issue. He, together w other doctors have brought my husband from a death bed more than once! He listens, takes my input, gives good advice, comes up with a great plan, always positive. We thank God for him, his wisdom, knowledge, and excellence in all he does.
Dr Malhotra has excellent bedside manner. He makes you feel comfortable allowing you to share your various health issues and concerns with him. He takes the time with each individual addressing each concern. I'm happy to have him as my PCP. Cassandra, his office manager is always so helpful and very accommodating. She is a gem! Dr Malhotra has a nice medical office atmosphere making it a comfortable environment and a great experience.
Dr. Malhotra is so disappointing and unprofessional. My mother in law came out of Excell and he does not return phone call nor his office staff. The pharmacy has been trying to call for refills (since he only gave 30 days worth) and he does not call the pharmacy back. She cant miss her medication since she is going through chemo for her cancer. I don't know how this doctor has a license. Its scary that there is people saying how wonderful he is. They must be family.
My husband and I both were going to Doctor Maholtra. We had to find another doctor because I was not happy with him. He never calls you with results from your blood work and he is extremely rude. I had called the office to tell the receptionist to please tell him to call me because I had a question to ask him and I told her that I am working but I will be home on my break and I leave to go back to work at 12:50. He called me 3 times when I wasn't home and the last call was really bad. He left me a very nasty message on the phone. If you are looking for a doctor that answers your questions.He is not the one.
