Parking is a pain, yeah also getting an appt, too, but that doesn't take away from the decent care I'm getting here. Also, people, you should refrain from naming names in negative reviews. Do you know how they affect the people you are reviewing? As someone who gets reviewed from time to time it borders on bullying. Are you being a bully? Ever had a bad day and got reviewed negatively? Try it before you name names.

TERRIBLE INTRODUCTION! DR.Lee (female doctor) CANCELLED my appt when I called 10 min prior to running late, it's a terrible rain storm outside which caused my delay I left at the time I should ,outside was so disgusting coastal flood , This doctor did NOT ACCOMMODATE OR EVEN SEE ME the worst experience and I won't be able to be seen for another 2 weeks , I drive all the way here to not be seen ? I had an 11:40am apt 10/13/25 I arrived 11:52 , this is my first primary since I just aged out my pediatric and this is what I get ? Just terrible ! and we are patients & we pay for this ? The front ladies Stephanie and Deversie not helpful at all not accommodating, NORTHWELL DO BETTER!!!!

I'm a new patient with RIVKA BATSHEVA SHIPKIN, NP, RN Let me tell you, she was amazing. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say. She was also very respectful and resourceful. Any questions I had, she responded with so much knowledge. She was very patient and didn't rush through anything, which made me feel extremely comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone because of her presence, patience, and experience.

Let's start by saying Parking is horrible. My first appointment with Dr. Khan went well. I was hopeful that I found a good primary care dr. After I got my results for blood work she called me and told me that she wanted to have more in depth results and in which it would take a couple more days and she would call me back. Days turned into over a month. I sat on hold for over an hour couldn't reach anyone. Tried again the next day. For a nurse two days later to call me. Upon answering the phone, she did not tell me who she was "just a nurse at northwell family health" I proceeded to tell her what I had called to inquire about. Three times I repeat myself. It's like she wasn't even paying attention. She was giving me Wrong information. Telling me I needed to go and get blood work done which I already did. But if she listened to me the first 3 times .Couldn't find my results. She was reading me results from a completely different dr and time . The next day dr khan called me and I proceeded to tell her my frustration about not receiving a call back and what transpired with the other nurse. I then proceeded to tell her that she said she would call me back with the results of my sonogram and the rest of my blood work With my first visit I told her that I had to find a new endocrinologist because my old one relocated. While on the phone she tells me to go back to that endocrinologist. I told her that it was frustrating waiting over a month for a call back etc. no resolve whatsoever. She then hung up the phone with me. End result I will be finding a new primary care dr

This review goes directly to the receptionist at the desk I dealt with this AM, Kayla. I had signed a request to get copies of some of my records. Right then and there she printed everything I needed and gave it to me in an envelope. She mentioned that the office didn't have one of tests that I wanted a copy of. She offered to call the facility I had it done at to see if she could get it for me. She was on the phone for about 10 minutes (on hold and asking them to send her copy of the exam). Unfortunately they couldn't give it to her but she found out what I would have to do to retrieve them. Kayla was so pleasant and professional. She really went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful for her help
