Mount St. Mary's Cardiac Center

When I first started coming to the cardiac center, I had nothing but good things to say. I previously wrote a five star glowing review but now I do not feel confident In my care being with the cardiac center. I am taking my care elsewhere due to negligence. Although I had a good experience with my doctor, the rest of the team here lacks any basic human decency. You will not get a call back, no matter how calls You make, begging for a callback because you're having horrible symptoms from a new medication. I was met with attitude and just complete lack of empathy. In my opinion, it's unacceptable to call for days straight and not even get a message back (messaged multiple times on the portal as well.) Then when I called the on-call team, they say there's no doctor available so don't expect a call till Monday and if it's really an emergency go to the ER completely unacceptable. My review would be one star if doctor Haseeb wasn't so kind.

For the past 18 years, I have been treated for heart failure at two cardiac treatment facilities. For the past 6+ years I have been treated by Catholic Health at Mt. St. Mary's Cardiac Center. Without question, Catholic Health has been the superior care-giver. In every facet of treatment, it has demonstrated professionalism, medical expertise, and compassion. Thank you. Kevin P.
