I came to Dr. Ross's office in a great deal of pain in the Fall due to a herniated disc. Dr. Ross listened carefully when I spoke. He was calm and offered me options. He told me I was in charge. I liked his calm demeanor and his suggestions which included pain meds and PT. I am now virtually pain free and feeling great. I was relieved that Dr.Ross did not jump to surgery. His office staff is professional and the kindest bunch I have ever encountered. I highly recommend Dr. Ross.

Dr. Ross took the time to discuss where my pain was, the level of pain I was in and he listened to all my questions and concerns about my pain.
