Very rude and disrespectful lady at the family care front desk. She became hostile and started talking in a nasty demeanor. I can understand the inconvenience of being late to an appointment among other things. But it was a non issue, I was called in 5 minutes after I arrived and it made her do no work because she was not even the lady that was helping me at the front desk but the lady next to her, but she still felt the need to have such attitude from the comfort of her chair behind the cover of her desk next to the desk of the lady that was helping me.

Dr Luis Danny Diaz takes time with you to go over all aspects of your health. It is easy to get an appointment and the office staff are fantastic and friendly.

Good dr but can't see them since the receptionist choose patients for their preference (they make wrong appt on purpose to not to show on time since they can discharge you if you don't show.
