Yes when I started there the office was very old and outdated. They have since redone a lot of the office and looks much better. I love Dr Rosales he is very thorough never rushed you and speaks to you in his office as long as you need. His office staff however could also use an update, not the friendliest of people. They could use a couple of classes on customer service.

Absolutely the WORST experience i have ever had at a Doctors office in my entire life. I had a 10am appt and waited for 2 hours before i was finally called in. They have a secretary there named Nicole and she is the MEANEST Bit$ i have ever met. Dr Rosales is good, but not to the point of making him my family Doctor. I will NEVER step foot in that office again because of that Nicole lady. I would of voted no stars but 1 is the lowest You can go.

Dr Rosales is a Great Doctor I've been going to him for app 15 yrs maybe more. They redid the waiting room and bathroom and as for waiting to be seen it maid a 100% turn around, I'm in and out of my appointments and what other Doctor takes you to his office to sit and chat for a minute or two while he writes out your prescriptions.

The women in the front are really terrible. I just got a new doctor after they mocked me over the phone.Dr. Rosales is great but there is no point because they wouldn't schedule me to see him and with held my personal info. Truly a shame but I will not go somewhere I was mocked.

Had an appointment on April7th. .I had to wait an hour and a half for him in his dated examination room. I wouldn't recommend Dr. Manuel Rosales There was no compassion or care. They insist on cash co pay and changed me $25 extra for missing an appointment. I wonder if it's legal. The staff is not friendly
