In my opinion, Dr. Robin DaCosta stands out as the best medical professional on Long Island. She possesses exceptional compassion, knowledge and professionalism. Furthermore, she goes beyond her duties and exceeds her responsibilities to ensure that her patients receive the highest quality medical care. She is a true Angel. Felicia, her administrative assistant, is exceptionally dedicated and genuinely cares about her patients, and her nurse Jenn is equally remarkable.

Dr Robin Dacosta is an exceptional physician. She is very caring, patient and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything about your health and how she is treating you. She truly cares. My health has improved drastically under her care. I can't thank her enough for all that she does for me.

Reading the reviews and I must say i find that very hard to believe that Dr. DaCosta would just "ignore" her patients. The only thing that is true is the wait time. For me i personally don't mind the wait but i understand other people can't wait. Otherwise she is the sweetest doctor I have met she meets all expectation that i have in a doctor. I'm happy i have her as my primary doctor. 4.5/5 Stars

Robin DaCosta is the first doctor that has actually listened to me. I've completely lost faith in the healthcare system and everyone working in it so after months of researching and reading and comparing reviews for different doctors, I was pinning all my hopes on her being the one who might finally help me. From the moment I walked into the waiting room, I could tell that this place was different. The receptionist was so nice and even the nurse who brought me into the exam room told me I was in good hands with Dr. DaCosta. She listened to all my symptoms and was so alarmed, she advised me to go straight to the emergency room. She asked if I wanted her to call an ambulance and even called the hospital to let them know I was coming. She saw me struggling to walk and offered to get me a wheelchair and even asked one of the nurses to walk me out to my car. She followed up with me a few days later and was even nice enough to mail my referrals to my house so I wouldn't have to drive to the office. Although I was still hesitant to deal with more doctors (since they never listen and just blow me off), she urged me not to try to wait for my MRI reports and told me to make the appointments right away. Dr. DaCosta is the doctor I wish I had 3 years ago. She's given me hope that maybe there are still some doctors left who actually care. She was absolutely worth the 3 months I waited to get an appointment with her.
