MD365 - Lake Ronkonkoma

For starters, I was about eight minutes late and the staff was waiting for me! The front desk personnel assured me it was fine and not to be concerned. I sat in the waiting room for around three minutes and was greeted by the medical staff who ushered me into the exam room. Again a very pleasant person who explained what he was doing and not annoyed when I asked questions. Then Dr. Razavi entered just a few minutes later. She has a beautifully calming presence coupled with professional and knowledgeable insight. She also exhibits a true caring atitude for her patients. Barbara

So easy to get a convenient appt. Staff is friendly and the office is super clean. Dr Ptak is caring, thorough and takes the time to explain issues and concerns to me. I have never been treated so well by my primary care physician. He definitely has my best interest in mind. I went there as a one time visit and now I have meds him mymy permanent Primary Care Physican. Highly recommend him and this office!

Great office, the gentleman at the front desk so friendly and helpful. The office was super clean and my wellness check up with PA Chris Ptak was excellent! A man of his word, he said he would follow up to get a health record which he did and faxed the form to my employer the same day! My thought was WOW!

I am very discouraged by the activities of md365. The primary dr. Blessan thomas left after multiple years and his replacement decided to refuse to prescribe medicines that had been prescribed by her predecessor for years. Then they gave me alternative sites which are not prescribers being they are online providers and not able to prescribe in nys. They didn't help me at all even though their prior doctor suggested these medications and prescribed them fir years. Why was there such a change in policy when other physicians have no difficulty to prescribing these medications properly and in a prudent fashion. Their attitude leVe much to be desired. No wY to validate who iwes tbis franchise and records are murjey at best. No one is able to tell me who is in charge so I am up the creek without a paddle. Very upsetting and no md on staff only assistants. Not a way to run an office. I feel bad that I had previously recommended this firm to others. My fault. My bad.

The Doctor I Normally see wasn't available. It was an urgent issue . They scheduled me with a PA he was very thorough and listened to everything I said . He checked my charts 3 times went over my options and was very professional extremely happy with this group !!
