(Dr Raio) ...is NOT a Dr is a physician assistant and with not much experience at that because he was treating my mom s pressure sore and it got soo bad infected that the infection almost went it to her bone every time he came to the house and i used to question the fact that the wound looked so bad he would say no it's looking good and he even started putting skin grafting on in.. when it was crazy infected thank God I decided to take her to a wound clinic and they were shocked in the condition she was in if I would have waited my mom would have needed to have her foot amputated and once he found out that I was taking her to a clinic he didn't even have the decency to call or ask about (his patient) my mom it's more than a month and nothing I have not heard from him I texted him because I needed something for my mom and he had the office call me back to tell me not to bother him anymore...terrible this is the way he treats his patients

A negligent doctor who never followed up with my elderly father who was his patient after diagnosing a condition and promising to follow through with treatment. He never returned our phone calls. He wrongfully billed us for visits. He prides his business on changing the broken medical care system but he does the exact same thing just on a smaller scale. My father was left without a doctor for months because of his negligence. I've tried all methods of communication with him and it's never worked. I've read similar reviews of his business model that often get buried away but this was my personal experience with him. My father lives in Nassau county and has since found a new at home doctor whose communication, follow through, and dedication has saved his life.
