The call center is a pain. But the patient portal makes everything so much easier. I love it. I have no issues contacting my doctors on the app and they reply quickly. Wait time to be seen with my primary doctor is not long. No complaints thus far. My kids also get seen here. Dr. Winkler is a great pediatrician.

I have been taking my kids here for years and have never had a bad experience! The staff are so wonderful with the kids and you know you are getting the best care. Amazing staff! Dr. Winkler is a great doctor. I have to mention the nurse named Christina. She is terrific! Recently my younger son needed a nebulizer and she made lots of phone calls to different places who takes my insurance and try to get a one as soon as possible. In the meantime, she called me several times to make sure I'm getting it and then until I get it, she never gave up. I really appreciate her efforts. Also every times when she calls me she makes sure to asked about my son how he is doing. I have no words to express my feelings. Thank you so much for all of your great service.

We have historically utilized Advantage care as our healthcare provider. Prior to that, we received care in Hicksville, but were dissatisfied with the service, particularly the pediatric care provided to my daughter, who suffers from severe eczema. The pediatrician at the time informed us that my daughter would simply have to live with the condition, prompting us to seek alternative care. Although a new facility opened in Bethpage, the waiting times were excessively long. Following our recent relocation to Suffolk, which is approximately 30 minutes away, we have found the doctors and staff to be exemplary. My daughter had her first appointment with Dr. Winkler today for a sick visit, and his demeanor was outstanding; he exhibited genuine care, compassion, and understanding. Furthermore, my own appointment with Dr. Khadiga yielded a positive outcome.

Absolutely no continuity in care Dr. Kaplinski was my dr. I seen her for a persistant medical issue she perscribed me Antibiotic that didn't clear the issues I made another appointment and she was on vacation seen a different dr. that took the time and perscribed me different medication and asked to see me back for a recheck. Still not 100% he Referred me to a Specialist. Having other issues one of the specialist ordered blood work for a much needed Procedure where I need labs to be done promptly with Prescription in hand called the lab to see if they could fit me in. Back and forth phone calls lab said they are open at 7 in the morning for fasting blood work. Thinking I was all set at 4' o clock recieve a call from dr Kaplinski's nurse saying I would have to use a different lab, because she didn't request the labs. That I am due for. It is Tuesday late afternoon now I will look for a different lab for my blood work for a Procedure that is Monday morning. The lab at dr kaplinski's office is the lab I have been going to for more than 10 years. On my Prescription dr. kaplinski is my provider and these are Regular blood tests she should have Prescribed weeks ago. Now she is refusing my care at the lab because the specialist prescribed them not her. Terrible Patient care!!!! Absolutely no Continuity in care very sad to see. The Dr. that filled in for her Dr.Ballambattu R. Bhat MD. was caring and took the time sorry he was not my regular Dr. One minute problem solved few hours later Dr. Kaplinski creates a new problem. People go to the dr. 's for solutions to there medical issues not to play games with there care! Very sad to see.

I see specialists and my primary care doctor at this office, and I never have a bad experience. They are always very nice, prompt, and helpful. They are quick to provide the services you need. The online patient portal is very convenient. Availability is never too limited. I would recommend going here.
