The care/analysis I received from Dr. Krause was exceptional!!! He listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that currently yields positive results. The ENTIRE team (Front office, technicians and Dr) at the office displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I had nothing but a pleasant experience with Dr. Krausz and his staff. Front desk check-in was easy. After filling out the paperwork my wait time was maybe 10 min. It's an all-in-one facility, which I liked. Once I was seen by the doctor I was sent downstairs and got the necessary testing; EKG, Ultrasounds, Echocardiogram and stress test. His staff of technicians have great bedside-manner and explained the whole process of the testing while we were going thru the exam. I thought Dr. Krausz was thorough and a genuinely caring physician. I didn't feel rushed or dismissed. I'm very happy with my care.

Horrible, unethical. I took my 90 year old mother to a medical center in Jackson Heighs, NY to see this "doctor" first time! Didn't intruduce himself, I asked for his business card, did not have, I asked for his name, told me to looked it up on the referral or to ask the receptionist, wore jeans and sweater, no rope, intrigued I asked him if he was the doctor, to me he looked like a technician ....waited 2 hours for a 15 min. Q & A, and I don't have time to review your tests, let's schedule it for next month, cannot wait 5 min. For the test to be uploaded. I told him I was not ok with that, he rushed out and left the office anyway. Of cousrse I am fuming, not knowing the outcome of her tests!!!
