I just want my meds refilled for my congestive heart failure and nobody seems to be at all concerned with the fact that I've been without them, if they're not filled today I am going to have to check into the ED and I really don't want to have to do that, nobody is helpful, telling me medication is pending and not finding out what could move this process along is extremely irresponsible before a holiday weekend.

Not taken serious,referred to a shrink behind my back ,every time had a problem or question on a med nvr returned my call or he was out of office.appts were made a rescheduled due to him being out of state or office which was all the time and no dr to take his place.missed a couple of appt but called to reschedule and was just informed theyd no longer be able to see me they canceled the appt,and then was told I needed to b more responsible for myself.hahaha well look who's calling the kettle black.mr nvr in town Mr let's change our patients appts then blame on them.nvr again.buffalo here I come
