Dr.Kanta & and the front desk person Yvette in the Endocrinologist office and the Lab team with Deo & Nicole were amazing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this team is something special. The care, attention, and compassion shown went far beyond expectations--it wasn't just professional, it was personal. Every member of the staff treated us with kindness and respect, making what could have been a difficult time feel safe, supported, and even hopeful. You can tell they genuinely care. They listen, they're present, and they go the extra mile without being asked. It's not just a job to them--it's a calling, and it shows in everything they do. Their support made a real difference, not only physically but emotionally. In times when it's easy to feel overwhelmed or vulnerable, having people like this by your side changes everything. We are so deeply grateful for their dedication, warmth, and skill. Thank you for all that you do--you are truly appreciated more than words can express.

Dr Pannullo completely overlooked a life threatening illness in my family member which was immediately spotted by multiple other physicians very quickly. She also told us to prepare arrangements for him even though she never found or told us there was a specific problem. Void of emotion and compassion completely. I am EXTREMELY disappointed, this could've been handled much differently and much more professionally. I wish i could give 0 stars.

The worst clinic I have ever experienced. So unprofessional and really do not care about their patients. Every time I have gone there its either long waits to see ya doctor or something happens to force a reschedule. I just traveled 2.5 hrs to get to my appt just to not be seen, it was not a mishap on my end but of course the clinic. I will not returning nor will ever refer someone to apcny. You guys need Staff development over-hall company wide! I will make sure I take this grievance to the top because it happed way too many times for my liking.

This place has no consideration for people's time what's the purpose of making an appointment if you have to wait an hour and a half. And at that point your blood pressure is all the way through the roof and you don't even want to speak about your problem just leave. It's better to come in as a walk-in. This is no way to treat people regardless of the circumstance this is inhumane
