Practically impossible to communicate with. I've spent 45 min or more on hold before even taking to anyone until eventually giving up. I've been placed on hold for 20 minutes just so they could check to see if I had a referral and forgotten about because I called back, picked up right away, and then they immediately had the answer for me. I've also been trying to get them to write a referral for almost two weeks now, and their first excuse was that with the new system, they "don't know how" to make referrals yet (they've been using the new system for a month already). HOW DO THEY NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE REFERALS??!! I called back a few days later asking if they'd figured it out yet...and this time they said they'd call me back, and sure enough, no call and it's been three days. Drive to Syracuse or Rochester to go to a cardiologist, you'll spend the time you would driving to these on hold with the Ithaca one so it'll save time

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I wanted to cancel my appointment and was not able to. I have called multiple times and put on hold only to be eventually disconnected. I would think that they could afford to hire more help. They certainly charge enough for an ECHO test. They don't even offer email as an option. Pathetic!

Impossible to have communication relayed to Doctor and Doctors do not return phone calls. Receptionist never answer phones. Put on hold for 30 min concerns are not addressed i am extremely upset with this practice and will look elsewhere for a responsible and caring practice.

Very rude spoke with kaylee as a receptionist was placed on hold for 10 minutes to speak with the office manager Kayla in regards to getting my mother's stress echo test done. The first time she hung up on me and then I called back and still on hold for 10+ minutes with no response or background music or even a check in. After the authorization was approved from my mother's insurance for the procedure to be done we were supposed to get a call back and never did. This office is and needs to be reported to the BBB

Communication is impossible. Put on hold for a long time for receptionist to get back to me. Front staff rude and not concerned about my needs. Dr does not get back to me. Over two weeks now . THIS IS A POOR REFLECTION ON A CARDIOLOGY OFFICE. INEXCUSABLE . I am done
