Wanted to take the time to praise my favorite medical practice-Dr Marco Papaleo & his team in the office but especially -PA Cristi & Vanessa. Any interaction is positive, helpful & feisty for anything they deem important for my health. They have gone up against our insurance & won! Cristi & Vanessa were informative, honest and at the same time kind & empathetic when discussing hard choices to be made.
I LOVE Dr. Singh!!! She is amazing! Smart, professional, thorough, thoughtful, kind caring, patient, a great listener and CALM. That latter is a quality I treasure. When you have a heart issue, calm is critical. I am so fortunate to be her patient.
Update- Dr Balveen singh has been nothing but incredible. For years i had issues with my heart resting at 110 and high blood pressure. I was losing my ability to excersise and felt tired all the time. At 27 years old this was concerning. After a few test she diagnosed me with pots syndrome. I have never heard ofnit but after reading into it, it all made sense. For years i was mis diagnosed by other doctors saying its just stress and anxiety. Im so grateful for dr singh. However lately it has been impossible to book a appointment because they dont pick up calls. It goes to a operator and then straigjt to voicemail. Then i leave a voicemail but unfortunately i work 9-5 where i cant pick up personal calls as they try calling back. I wish they had a stay on hold until someone can pick up. This is extremely frustrating to where i feel i have to go there in person to book a appointment . Even the portal doesnt allow to book!! Super rough
Doctor Polena is great!! I have always found the staff nice and helpful. Anytime I have called and had to leave a message I have always received a call back.
Dr Manchi is great. She listens to everything you have to say. Great bed side manner. Works with my PCP to provide me the best patient care possible. I would have given Dr Manchi 5 stars but the staff is lacking. I called and the person I spoke to was very rude when I questioned my appointment information. I spoke to Barbara and she was very rude. She clearly made scheduling errors but instead of trying to help me she told me I would need to rearrange my schedule again (after I already did once) Because she couldn't help me. I am hoping Dr Manchi will have the availability or I will need to find another cardiologist and I don't want to do that. And from what Barbara is indicating it will be another month before I can get my appointment. With the unknown lurking over me I can't wait that long.
