I am so happy with this facility. I am glad they're in our town, and the doctors are top notch. They are professional, but they are also extremely kind and caring. I received wonderful care, and the practitioner spent time to explain my diagnosis and next steps.
This USED to be my favorite and go to urgent care. Urgent care, aka a "walk in" clinic. But apparently, now they take appts first. And if you show up without one, even though not a single person is waiting in the waiting area, they won't take you. I came in at 10:20 and was offered the next available appt of 11:30. If I wanted to wait for an appt, I would be going to my PCP, not to urgent care. I'm still flabbergasted and will now need to find an urgent care that actually takes walk in appts.
I never have any issues when I go here. The front desk staff are always very nice and kind always willing to help. The medical staff in the back are also just as nice. They listen to any concerns I might have. The wait time is literally 10 min if you book an appointment last time I booked an appointment online 15 min later. It's also never really crowded.
Very happy with the service. Intake was brief and easy. Took me to treatment room at scheduled time. Dr was thorough and did not rush me. Would definitely recommend.
I paid $120 for the visit. I have a stomach ulcer and it's been painfully uncomfortable for the last two weeks. I walked in hoping that Dr. Gregg Rusczyk would care to give me some guidance or at the very least do his job. He dismissed me immediately claiming he couldn't do anything for me and directed me to the Optum call center to find a GI doctor, knowing I don't have health insurance. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I went to an urgent care a few miles away and complete opposite experience. They asked a lot of questions, provided a stool antigen test and prescribed a medicine that has helped me tremendously overnight. It's disappointing that some medical professionals truly don't care. Take pride in what you do and have a sense of duty to your community.
