Absolutely terrible customer/patient service. In October, my husband had to schedule an appointment a month and a half away to review test results with the nurse practitioner overseeing him. He received a notification about an appointment opening due to a cancellation a week before his scheduled appointment and he decided to take it. Today was the new scheduled appointment and this morning he received a message that his appointment was cancelled and to call back to reschedule. Instead of squeezing him in somewhere this week, they gave him the next available appointment at the end of January. I am so disgusted by the lack of empathy. None of the employees I spoke with cared or went out of their way to try and get him in. So absolutely disappointing and horrible. How many months does a patient have to wait to review test results?
