Dr. T. Nigel Niwaz DO, FACC

I first was treated by DR Niwaz at Brookhaven hospital. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable under his care. He later relocated to an office in Huntington which is about an hour further of a drive from my house . I did not hesitate to follow behind. A great doctor is hard to find. I was very impressed with his professionalism , positive attitude and desire to go above and beyond to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I can truly say that my health would not be where it is today without the help that I received from Dr Niwaz.

Dr Niwaz is a one of a kind Cardiologist. He spent the time with me to discuss my cardiac state and gave a thorough overview on what I should do to stay on top of my health. Over the past year he mentioned many studies which to me, tells me he keeps up to date with emerging medicine. He truly cares for his patients and this is evident with his superb bed side manor and one on one discussions.

Dr.Niwaz was a great comfort to me in my time of fear and anxiety. He took the time to listen and explain to me what was going on with my heart. He also understood my vitamin regiment , which many Dr,'s do not, which gave me assurance he was looking at the total body. Everyone is different every body is unique and I believe Dr. Niwaz will do the best he can for all that chooses to see him. He is an asset to the Cardiology Department at the Medical Group.

Great doctor. Great guy. Explains everything that's going on and what needs to be done and why it is to be done. Great staff as well.

Dr. Niwaz is an excellent cardiologist. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with him, his staff and NYU Langone in general. Great guy and his level of care is top notch. Highly recommend.
