I've been going to Dr Riegel for 40 years. He is one of the best you'll never meet another doctor like him. My whole family goes to him. He's the most caring doctor you'll ever find when you leave that office. You feel so happy that you went there he makes you feel so good. He does all the right test to rule out everything if I can give him 10 stars I would

Dr. Norman Riegel - A True Hometown Hero
Dr. Riegel is like no other doctor you'll ever meet. He's an old-fashioned physician who refuses to leave a stone unturned. He can often diagnose patients just by listening carefully to their symptoms--something rare in today's medical world. His dedication, intelligence, and compassion make him truly remarkable.
Yes, there's often a wait--but that's because the level of care you receive is second to none. Dr. Riegel takes his time with every patient. He listens, he investigates, and he makes sure nothing is missed. Many in our community credit him with saving their lives or those of loved ones simply because he listened and acted when others might have overlooked something.
He goes above and beyond--driving patients to the hospital, making house calls when necessary, and treating everyone with genuine respect. His humility is unmatched; he is neither arrogant nor dismissive. You leave his office feeling confident that you received the most thorough, thoughtful care possible.
His staff is equally caring, professional, and kind--a reflection of the values Dr. Riegel brings to his practice. Yes, you may wait a while, but the wait is absolutely worth it. If you want quick, superficial care, this isn't the place. But if you want the best, most attentive, old-fashioned medical care where your health truly matters--Dr. Riegel is the one.
Thank you, Dr. Riegel and team, for keeping true to the values and standards that have all but disappeared in modern medicine. You are a living example of excellence.
Do NOT be surprised when he calls you after hours, at night or on the weekends when he is home. He works 24/7 375 days a year. The man is a diamond in the rough and a great man and a wonderful.humsn being. Absolutely amazing and priceless.

The upstairs office reception area is absolutely disgusting and so rude. They treat humans like a disgrace. I'm highly upset with the treatment that I received and my HIPPA rights were violated. The front desk was asking me questions very loudly and even disagreeing with my answers completely even though they are wrong. I didn't want my business aired out but they did exactly that by stating my medical problems out loud in front of everyone. I have a fear of needles and I said that I faint. The lady huffed and puffed and took me to a different room and said I'm a fainter very mockingly and very rudely. I was sitting for more than a hour to be seen with an appointment. Then there's the back and forth as to why I scheduled a appointment and that I didn't need to schedule one. There seems to be only one PA upstairs and she was extremely rude. I'm a human being just like everyone else and to be treated the way I was from these people was absolutely disgusting.

I'm happy so many people have had a good experience. My 97 year old MIL has been a patient forever. She is now wheelchair bound. !0 days age he called her and said in order to renew your prescriptions I need to do some blood work. He said he would send someone over. No one has shown up still. The office has been giving my wife the runaround and she has left messages on Dr Riegel's personal phone. I will let you guess if she has received a call back. Horrible!!!

The front desk does not represent this office.
The receptionist answering the phone needs to be taught how to respond to the caller's question. You may not have the answer, however your abrupt, carefree response made me question why you actually work in a doctors office. If I need to see the doctor, definitely I am not feeling well. The receptionist made me felt worst. I will not have my Insurance paid for a doctors visit where front desk is horrible.
Dr. Norman is great. Sadly your front desk did not represent you.
