Mount Sinai Doctors-Hewlett, Cardiovascular Surgery

The office staff here is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a sonogram and follow up appt 3 months out from my original appt because it was the only time they had available. A week before my appt they tried to reschedule me but I was able to make the new date therefore they moved up the time of my appt. The day of my appt they cancelled it. I took the day off from work for this appt. They then rescheduled me for another 3 months out. This place is horrible. Staff is rude and isn't helpful.

The staff was very attentive to my needs and thorough. Dr. Fiorentino squeezed me in for my appointment and consulted with another doctor about my condition. They both agreed that I should go to the emergency room for further treatment. It was the right choice - thank you Dr. Fiorentino!!!

I liked the Dr until one day when I tried to make an appointment & was told he was taking over another Drs patients so I could not make an appointment then. The girl at the desk said you don't need to see him now. I dropped the Dr. Then I was hospitalized. I went to the ER & was admitted.Also the office manager is very nasty.

The visit was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful I really appreciate the service that was given to my husband and I would recommend this office to friends and family

Dr .Xiao and staff are kind ,patient, empathetic. Dr . Xiao listens to me and answers all my questions. I really appreciate her kindness.
