Dr. Kessler himself was great however his office is completely incompetent. I have had 4 appointments for a Doppler and each one has been cancelled due to a technician calling in sick, not being there for a holiday and the scheduled the appointment anyway. I have lost 2 days of pay from taking off and not having an appointment to go to.
The process leading up to my surgery was great and smooth. They made it easy and comfortable for me. Thank you for all your help.
Dr Kessler was very professional and personable. Event out of the way to get in immediately after my release from the hospital. Then took the time to explain the proceedure. I felt very well cared for.
