Have no memory from prior stroke. Made appt with Dr. Emma Kay. Today they call for the second time to reschedule. It is a struggle just to remember to put a note in my phone. Obviously my time is not valuable.... How many times would we reschedule? So now for this issue I'm without a Dr. I guess when the Dr keeps cancelling to reschedule they don't value your time or their patients. Find someone else. FYI this is the first issue I had with northwell.... They saved my life but they should teach responsibility to their Dr's who don't value their patients time. Now I have no Dr. for this.
