Wish you had "negative" numbers .... this place canceled my appointment twice, asked me to reschedule....ABSOLUTELY NOT found a cardiologist in the Town of Newburgh with better hours, and kinder staff... didn't have to wait 3 months for an appointment either. This organization is a joke, and should be investigated.... almost gaurentte you'd find fraud !!!

I have been seen Dr Hurwitz and I have no complains from his service he has been excellent with my mother but on the other side the office staff is horrible every time you walk in they have their unhappy faces and act like they are doing you a favor... I called 4 times to have the cholesterol medication switch due to side effects and I got only 1 voice message I actually had to go in the office to resolve that. The staff really needs some training on basic customer service you work with people that would be the least you can do for your patient.

I will say at first my experience here was very frustrating. Came here the first time to see Dr Kazanjian and was completely disappointed. I have fainting spells and was concerned if it will affect my health. Dr Kazanjian told me it was normal without any tests or anything while I expressed to him I was concerned about it affecting my health. This is my 3rd cardiologist I've been too! Without running any tests he literally told me to "Live with it". Extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I came back a second time and met with Dr Seth Hurwitz, and all I have to say is he made up for everything! He understood that this was very concerning to me and affecting my day to day so he immediately ordered me to get tests done and we follow up! He was very helpful and reassuring, while answering my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. Overall the staff is very nice, and they have me in and out in a very timely fashion. Trust Dr Seth Hurwitz with your health!

I saw Dr. Karanjian last week, Dec. 15, 2021 and I found him to be extremely unprofessional as well as his ENTIRE STAFF. Went to see him bc I am currently undergoing cancer treatment and have been having shortness of breath. I have a complicated case which includes a full dissection of my left main artery 3 years ago. As stated, met him for the first time and was NOT impressed whatsoever. He came in with his hands crossed as if to say - "hurry and tell me your problem" I asked him if he wanted to see my medical records which I brought for him to review and he said "NO". What cardiologist doesn't review pertinent medical information? Finally, saw him yesterday for an ECHO and f/u appt. After his office demanded I come in an hour earlier, they still had me waiting for such a long time (I complained to the Nurse) and I heard him say in the hallway "what's the problem, she just needs to wait!!" After I had a mental breakdown, he apologized. No need for apology as this shows me how you really are! He is the Ring Leader to the entire staff who sees the way he behaves and follows in his footstep! I am calling the Insurance company today and reporting him as well.

If I could give this office a negative 10 stars I would. They do not care about their patients and never call back. They are rude in the office and abrupt. The nurse that put a 48 holter on me "exfoliated" my skin by completely burning it off leaving me with horrible scabs for weeks. I still have them now. They were burning so bad. This place would let you die of a heart attack before giving you attention. Save yourself and find another heart doctor. NOW!!!
