The staff are so sweet and welcoming! The Medical assistants are great and always take care of me. I had an amazing time at the Christmas event today! The manager is also very attentive and kind towards her staff and patients. Thank you so much for all your service and help!
I didn't come here for a doctor's appointment I took my daughter. But when I came inside to ask how long would she be, the experience I got when I came through the doors were very welcoming! The front desk women were super nice and any type of information you need they would help. I ended up seeing the doctor which is EXCELLENT! and got the help I've been looking for. Thanks to Michelle and Tamaya the front desks women, gave me the information I needed to continue with my health plan and appointments which is well needed to catch up with my health. Ali is excellent with taking blood and making comfortability for a person that feels scared to get blood drawn. My over all experience with doctor V was great! and I will continue to come for further visits.
The staff is receptive, amenable and quick to make your requests known and heard. To be heard in a doctor's office and be services appropriately is few and far between. My primary provider is just the same. The kindest and most understanding human I've met. May God bless them all. Nd may Eden give them all a raise. +Recommend!
I was up for my annual check up, and being afraid of needles, I was very lucky to have met Andray, the phlebotomist, what a soft touch he has, I did not even feel the needle pinch, he took his time to explain to me how he was going to draw blood being that I have veins that are very difficult to get. I am so glad he was at this location today, and I will make sure he will be in for my next appt. What a great professional he is, very efficient. Every one at this Union Tpke. location are very nice, Dr. Villaruz, Dr. Assistant Domenica is wonderful as well. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
I must mention Michelle, and Tamaya, at the Union Tpke office, for their dedication, efficiency, and way of having you feel at ease whenever I am in for check ups. I am always greeted with empathy and good attitude. The whole team working at this Essen office is great.
