Let me begin that I have been seeing my GP here for years and she is great - we have a wonderful professional relationship. This review is about the receptionists, especially over the phone. These people are paid to help, yet I always encounter impatience and impolite tones. I feel I am being rushed and an inconvenience to them when I call to get a message to my doctor. Most recently, a woman tried "helping" me by telling me to go to another doctor when I just wanted to deliver a message to mine. I can't believe this is allowed. They need training. Because being rude to patients is awful and should not be allowed or tolerated.
