Neighborhood Office plan and simple, they remember names after the 1st visit. Ran efficiently with no BS, arrive on time and you will be seen on time, 95% of the time, hey things come up! Staff is courteous while getting the job done efficiently. Everything I look for in a medical office. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Rabinovich and have had nothing but great experiences with any of her referrals. CON-- wish they were a little closer to the train, very little parking within 2-3 blocks

The service I received at this location is A1, the staff is very professional , respectful and caring .The doctor also made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was ok during my procedure.10/10

Here they don't practice first come first serve. You have to wait For long hours even You came in first. They usually call first patient who's speaking Spanish or Russian. So if your speaking English only, You Will be called last. I spend like 2 hours waiting to be called.

I had the worst experience here that could've caused much more damage to my problem do to their neglect. I went there three times the first time I got a sonogram. They saw it and kept giving me appointments very far apart from each other. I knew I was in trouble so I went to a different Doctor Who knew immediately what was wrong and helped me I wasted $90 getting the runaround and given information to take home and read which was in a language that I do not speak. Do not go to this Vein clinic or you will have the same experience. I am a 65 year-old teacher and would not write this if my life wasn't on the line because of their neglect.
