The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but the women he has working for him are very cold and stiff to be working with patients. They are very unwelcoming. When someone hates their job its obvious. Especially the Spanish girl who takes the vitals and the russian front desk lady. Wont be coming back sadly.
Dr. Dima is my family Dr. He takes care of my mom, husband, and myself. He has wonderful staff. They are super organized, friendly, and family oriented. They have flexible hours and they can send your medication within minutes If you need it! They have most of the technology in house to do a lot of the cardiovascular tests, which is really convenient plus the technicians are really sweet. Everyone is just so nice and so helpful. I can't say enough good things about this doctor!
The staff is friendly the environment is beautiful they know what they're doing and I'm thankful keep up the excellent work What's my visit today? I must say that Ivory, the lady that's at the front desk very caring knows what she's doing and has patience. Extremely helpful and her energy is beautiful. I'm thankful for this. I was reading along the reviews and the responses are troubling to say the least. "I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOU'RE TALKING TO", I saw one of the responses saying. What type of doctor/staff (or whoever left th3 review) behaves in such a way online ? It demonstrates poor self-control, decorum, and immaturity. I implore you to reflect on bad reviews, and improve. You are running potential patients away from your office. Take accountability and be polite to the people who are keeping you in a job (aka patients). Unbelievable.
The office is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. It's clean and well maintained. The front desk is attentive and greeted me before I said a word I've been to other places where they don't even acknowledge your presence. The front staff was polite and organized like a well oiled machine. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience. Dr Teitelman and his medical staff were patient and informative. I left the office feeling reassured and confident that I chose this medical practice.
