Patient
Typical Dr Office, except there's no doctor. When making a Dr appointment don't expect to be seen by a Dr. He's not in the office, unless you request it. My wellness check up was handled by the staff and Nurse Practitioner. Their office policy says you have to return in-person to get your results. Then when you return they require you to take vitals again so they can bill your insurance. When I pushed back and said I just needed my results I was told they could get in trouble with my insurance (perhaps if they are billing it as a full doctor visit). The office manager said, they do bill it as a doctors visit as I'm taking time out of the doctors day to get my results. I replied "where's the doctor?" She replied that if I wanted to see him I should have requested it. I thought that's what a Dr. appointment was. If you prefer a doctor that you can talk to, this is not the office for you.
