Same thing happened with me. I have never been to gramercy cardiac diagnostic service but they billed my insurance and got paid still it is not enough for them. Now they want me to pay copayment. I am going to call them tomorrow and see what happens. If they Fail to resolve this bill I am going to report them to my insurance and to the department which over see fraud.
Shady operation. Billed me and my insurance for a test. And then 3 follow ups that never happened. Second time the same M.O. happened. They keep coming after me to pay the difference and co pays.
Worst experience ever. The secretary is so rude. It seems to be she is mad for no reason. She is not friendly and polite neither. Avoid this place.
I've never been to a doctor's office where EVERYONE from the receptionist to the doctor was polite and professional. This was a first!
