The doctor and nurses are fine, but the front desk staff stink! They lie and mislead patients. I requested my medical records and she said that they are not allowed to give me my records, I never received my medical records that day that I came in person to this office. She said that I do not have a follow up appointment, then I asked her to give me a follow up appointment, she looked on the computer and then she found out that I had a follow up appointment. I asked her could you please move this follow up appointment for an earlier date because the follow appointment that was given to me is two months later? and she flatly refused to help me. The good doctor and nurses deserve to have better employees to serve their patients. There is no good impression just from the beginning you enter this office.

Update: On 9/25 they called me finally. I asked about next steps and medical results. They told me they can't send me the records, and won't be able to tell me my results unless I schedule a follow up, which the doctor will then tell me. That's crazy. They're basically withholding my health results. They can't send my results unless I pay $150 for a follow up? What kind of doctor office is this? Once again, money hungry place. They are very unprofessional. Watch out for this office. All they want is money in their pocket. Let me explain: A month ago I came here via a doctor recommendation to see a neurologist. First visit paid $250. The doctor told me I may need physical therapy, and that the tingling feeling I feel in my feet/leg may get worse. I spend 3 hours here that day taking tests. A brain electric test, some kind of puzzle/logic test on the computer, and a nerves test. This was all one month ago. What are my results? I still do not know. I call them a million times, no one picks up. I emailed them, no response. I can't believe I paid $250 just to take tests LOL. Why did I even pay? Please spread the word. They have 2 doctor offices... how is that possible when they treat their patients like this? Can't get in touch with anyone!

Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a confirmed Zocdoc appointment with Dr. Mikhail Kapchits for 11:00 AM. I arrived on time, only to be told I wasn't in the system--even though I had the confirmation. After some back and forth, they finally acknowledged the appointment, made me fill out three forms, and took my insurance information. While waiting, I overheard staff telling another patient that the doctor hadn't even arrived at the office yet--this was at 12:00 PM, a full hour after my scheduled time. No one had the courtesy to inform me about the delay until I pieced it together myself. The front desk seemed disorganized, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. I understand things can run late, but this level of disregard for patients' time is not okay. I won't be returning.

The front desk staff are HORRIBLE! They rush elderly patients and are VERY disrespectful. The tones and attitudes are DISGUSTING! You can tell they hate their job. I would NOT leave my parents or disabled patients here to fend for themselves. Dr. D is okay decent bedside manner. I was told Dr. D does not come in until 10am. Seems like they try and pack as many patients in as they can. Wait time is efficient. Parking can be difficult to find as well. The office really needs to revamp the team members!

Update: also wanted to leave feedback for another dept I've been coming to here - Dina and her team of medical assistant and front desk are just so helpful and professional. Dina really takes her time to listen to the patient's needs and it's very obvious she cares to help improve their health. She's easy to communicate and connect with. ______ What a great team of professionals! They were so helpful and accommodating when I mentioned that this is my first pt session and I didn't know what to expect. I feel much better coming out of the appointment than going in. The care, scheduling and attention are top notch here. Thanks to Svetlana, Mike and the front desk! Highly recommending!
