Update 3/16: Bravo! They have heard us and made a great effort to improve their time management skills! The wait time has vastly improved and there were seats for everyone. I hope they keep it up! Thank you! Update: I'm actually writing this review from the doctors office. Been here for 3hrs with an appointment and still waiting here with my mom. After this experience I'm switching her doctor. This is unacceptable! Here's some advice for the office...when you book appointments don't stack 20 people in the same time slot. This isn't rocket science! It's ok to say no to people, it's better than over booking the office. At least have seats so people aren't loitering in the hallway.

My parents has had Dr. Leung as a general doctor for a long time. Unfortunately, they are extremely inconsiderate at scheduling and disrespectful of people's time. This happens on her 3 month checkups. Example: My mother's scheduled appointment was at noon but she didn't get to see the doctor until close to 6pm! She didn't get out of the office until after 6pm! Dr. Leung might be a nice, friendly doctor---but the office managers seems to take for granted that senior patients are loathe to change doctors. This is not just a one-off occurence. It has been a consistent issue with them. Maybe they can set up a mahjong table or a food buffet while they wait?

The best Doc in town. I have been with him all my life. Some one complaint about the wait time and I am one of them. But just too much patients, sometimes Dr need to spend time to discuss with them in details. That is the way and you can switch doctors

This office seriously needs to improve its scheduling system and time managment. My mother has a 1pm appointment. It is now approaching 4:30pm. Most patients are elderly and they do not deserve to be forced to wait this long to see the doctor. Absolutely ridiculous

Not a caring doctor. Over books patients. Wait time is extremely long even with appointment. If I could give a lower rating I would.
