Office is beautiful and very well organized. Highly recommended practice! Receptionist are some of the most conscientious people I have ever come across. Both my husband and I are patients. They are fast and very on top of their jobs. That office runs well because their teamwork is topnotch. Dr. Song is a fantastic provider. He is very through doctor and I left his office without any with no worries about my health. He explained everything in a way I could understand and quickly sent everything to my other doctors to keep them informed of my conditions.

Do not go to this doctor. Disgusting bedside manner, negligent, does not make comprehensive reviews of patient records and likes to experiment with medications rather than make sound medically supported decisions. I watched him panic and run away from a fainted patient rather than take vitals and confirm that she was stable.

My father had AFIB and was rushed to ER. On day of event, Doctor Song was responsive and accurately diagnosed issue alerting my dad to immediately go to local ER to stabilize his heart rate. On follow up appt after my dad's er discharge, I witnessed how busy his office was. For him to quickly stop what he was doing and answer our call, ultimately saved my dad's life. Unfortunately, during my dad's ER stay, CT Scan revealed mass in his lung and possible cancer. Dr. Song referred us to pulmonologist. Called pulmonologist to make appt and next available date was 6 months out (obviously pulmonologist was well sought after) Alerted Dr Song and we got appt for next day. Very impressed w the level of service, care for patients, expertise! Also the office staff is excellent. Very well spoken , intelligent, and responsive ! Five stars and would give 6 stars if an option!

I was a patient of his, I felt rushed at times and not heard when I expressed my issues with my meds. He relocated and his staff NEVER gave me any forwarding information and not did they contact me. My primary doctor who referred him to me made me second guess all of their recommendations. As a patient who was diagnosed by him with coronary artery disease who is taking medicine everyday it is disturbing when your cardiologist staff have not reached out. My arteries were not checked except once for the diagnosis almost 2 years ago. No blood with was every ordered by him. My other friends cardiologist are more thorough. He is a nice person but when it comes to your heart you need top care. How would they know if my condition got worst except I have a heart attack, stroke or death. Maybe another person will do better but as for me, it is a hard no.

The staff and Dr Song is very caring and they are helpful. I have not have any problems with any of them or the Doctor.
