Dr. Hu's being our family doctor for over a decade. From my late mother-in-law to myself, and family. I trust him with my love ones and their health. He is an expert in his field and patients he treated usually live longer. It might get busy in his office at times. I don't mind waiting because he takes his time and take good care of his patients.
Unfortunately, there is no zero star, otherwise I will give zero instead of one. The worst "doctor" I saw. He should be ashamed of "doctor" this title. He has such a long distance with the word "professional". I don't want to waste my valuable time to write a feedback for this person. But because I don't want someone else has experienced what I got from his office. After I waited for him for four hours, he even couldn't listen to my one minute complain. He let me go away from his office because I complained about the long waiting time. After he insulted me, he just left away. He treats the patient without any patience, horrible person I never saw. You can imagine the person who doesn't have any sympathy with the patient, how he can give you the correct treatment. You even don't know what means to be a doctor. Please go back to your medical school and study about Ethics again.
Dr. Hu is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is caring, professional, kind and willing to spend his time and effort on his patients. Most other doctors I've been to don't spend half as much time as Dr. Hu does with me. I am truly blessed to have him as my physician.
As you age, things happen. Things get loose and fall apart, dinner becomes late lunch, and sometimes things tend to break or fail. This place is like super glue. They'll do their best to fix you up. While I hope most of us never have to get regular check ups at any specialized MDs, if you need one, Dr. Jiong-Ming Hu is a great guy to go to. I won't divulge anything regarding my or anyone's health but he really does treat his patients well. On a scheduled visit, we always get our time slot without wait or going over the time. The Doc is willing to work with patients in terms of Health Insurance and payments. He's also Chinese fluent so for those of you who only speak Chinese, it's not an issue. The staff I believe is also Chinese speaking.
Made appointment @ Jan13, they asked for my insurance. call them to confirm the appointment @Jan20, they confirmed. Visit doctor @Jan21, they said they don't accept my insurance, and "forget" to tell me. Very bad service.
