If I could give this practice zero stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with Dr. Quadri Syed was deeply troubling and raised serious ethical and legal concerns. My boyfriend scheduled a physical and a prescription refill, medication originally prescribed by a licensed physician in another state. We believed we were visiting a legitimate primary care provider, but from the moment we arrived, the office felt unprofessional and suspicious. During the visit, Dr. Syed informed us that he would only refill the prescription if we paid him $50 directly, despite our insurance covering the medication. When questioned, he openly admitted to this practice and claimed he was the only one licensed to authorize the refill. He even acknowledged the fraudulent nature of the charge and encouraged us to report him. This behavior is not only unethical, it appears to be illegal. Charging patients off the books and mishandling controlled substances is a serious violation of medical standards. I strongly urge others to avoid this practice and report any similar experiences to the appropriate authorities.

I've been going here for years, since it was the only one in the area at the time. I've had a recent visit here based on needing clearance, got no help, but was told I needed to take medication for 3 months, and nothing was explained to me properly. I had taken bloodwork, which came back "intermediate." for TB. Two days later, my mom calls the office, and they tell her I was "POSITIVE" for TB, which we knew wasn't true. All of a sudden, it seems to be positive after my initial result said "INTERMEDIATE." two days after my report was printed and given to me. So, they wanted to redo it and take a skin test, but I have to pay out of pocket for which I have insurance, and it was covered under my insurance. I soon left, went to the hospital, and got my bloodwork done so easily. I got my results, which came back NEGATIVE and got a full chest X-ray that was clear. I don't know why the office here is incredibly rude and doesn't want to correspond with anyone. The hospital reached out to them at least three times about sending my script over and they hung up the phone each time. To me, that's not how you run a medical office and it's unprofessional. I am never going back here to do absolutely anything; please do yourself a favor and find another medical provider other than here where you'll get help and accurate results.

The Doctor is excellent... the receptionist and office manager however needs to go.. they don't understand English very well and cannot communicate or comprehend your needs so the hang up on you and have you go around in circles. I understand the need for multi lingual however don't forget you need someone who comprehends English as well. I dread calling for appointments or asking questions.. I always end with a headache after.

I called this medical office for an appointment and the receptionist seemed to be the worst of the worst and didn't even know how to greet me in a professional manner. If a medical office has these standards for its staff, it's definitely not worth even consideration. I am shocked that they are still in bsuiness AND WILL HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND IT. IF A MEDICAL OFFICE HAS NO VALUES IT DOESN'T DESERVE MY BUSINESS

Dr is great, staff is very rude, especially Shanaz. She speaks to patients like they are kids. People like these make doctors lose patients. I have been going to this Drs office before this Dr took it over and never had a problem. They need to do better with handling patients needs
