Unlike many doctors, Dr. Louis listens and doesn't rush to see the next patient. He's a very pleasant man, as are the nurses and receptionists. Never had a bad experience.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Dr louis exceptional care over the past five years. As a patient of his, I have always felt like my health and wellbeing was his top priority. One of the things that I truly appreciate about him is your willingness to take the extra time to explain my condition and treatment options in a way that is easy for me to understand. I never feel rushed or like my questions are unimportant when I am in his care.

This office is located in an urban community Farrockaway this is perhaps the reason for their low quality of care of their patients. The staff is rude on any given day. Especially staff that has been there long. The girl with the red long hair In the back is unfriendly don't know if this position has got to her head or what. This office doesn't follow up. It's unfortunate that their concern is the numbers of patients not the quantity of care. This Dr office is serving a very sick community of people. We need better care and compassion instead the moment they become use to you the staff is un kind. The staff look overwhelmed well than hire more staff. The office is to small there's a hole in the wall in the EKG room. I don't believe this doctor genuinely cares for his patients he tells them anything. He doesn't help his patients or link them to great specialist. We need better quality of care in this community this Dr is not the answer.

I think Dr. Louis is one of the best doctors in Far Rockaway. I try to list questions that I need to ask him before I leave home or when in the office after my vitals are taken. He has great knowledge and is very up-to-date in the field of medicine and is thoughtful enough to answer all of your questions in a simple language that you can easily under- stand and give you some advice on what your next steps should be. He's just awesome!!

Dr. Louis is an exceptional family doctor. His professionalism and true concern regarding one's health brings comfort and trust in a physician. Our family recommends his practice to everyone... 12/2022
