Overall, a wonderful experience. The front desk staff is consistently very efficient, amicable and welcoming; this was my second visit this week as I accompanied my wife for a mammogram two days ago. My positive experience extends also to the technical staff, who shares the same qualities of those at the front desk. The whole process was seamless and not cumbersome as with some other institutions. Kudos for establishing a culture that fosters respect, trust, caring and a great experience.

Despite today's unfortunate initial encounter with a rather unpleasant technician during my mammogram, I was eventually assisted by a completely different staff member who exhibited competent skills and a considerate approach. This individual demonstrated a greater degree of training and professionalism, which significantly lightened up my challenging experience. I appreciated their attentiveness and empathy during such a painful procedure, further reinforcing the importance of delicacy and respect in this field of work. Their supportive mannerism turned a negative situation into a positive and, importantly, a bearable experience.

Great experience here everybody was kind of friendly I was in and out within maybe about half an hour and I had an x-ray and I had a CT scan. The staff here is wonderful and very professional highly recommend.

The sweetest staff ever. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The Technician also took the time out to explain what she was doing and made sure that I was comfortable as she was working. These type of employees are hard to come by. You guys are lucky to have them. Please keep in mind. I was the last patient for the day and was running a little bit late. Thank you ladies.

This year's experiencing was truly amazing than last year's visit. The staff was extremely polite and cordial this time around and elaborated every step that was going on which made my visit peaceful and calm. And the best part was I received outstanding news re my mammogram and ultrasound.
